Lower Body Bootcamp

One part of the body we ignore the most when doing a lower body workout is the feet. Working out barefoot makes the exercises more challenging, incorporating balance and stability. Check out this segment with myself, Fox 29 anchor John Anderson and my bootcamp instructor and fitness expert Scott Lance – then ditch the shoes and try the moves at home!
